Visa for RD 20 Summer School Participants

The C9 visa is required for all participants of the RD 20 Summer School, as it is specifically for short-term courses. Please note that this visa can only be applied for by the organizing committee. Thus, please submit your documents to the committee via registration form:

The application fee for the C9 Visa is IDR 2,000,000 (two million Indonesian Rupiah). Payment can be made through the following link:

Please fulfil all the necessary requirements as specified (in the registration and visa application form) to avoid any issues with immigration that could result in a visa rejection. Please note that if the visa application is rejected, the fee paid is non-refundable. For further details and examples of some documents, please see below.

11.  Personal Bank Statement

·       A personal bank statement showing a minimum amount of USD $2000 or equivalent for the last 3 months (including name, date of period, and balance).

12.  Date of Valid Nationality Passport

·       Ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned departure date from Indonesia. The Indonesian immigration authorities require this validity period to ensure your passport remains valid throughout your stay.
