BRIN Exhibition on Smart Technology (BEST) 2026, organized by the Research Center of Smart Mechatronics, National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) and co-organized by COVA Indonesia and Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (Purwakarta Campus) is a competitive innovation exhibition that brings together university students to develop impactful solutions for real-world challenges.
With the theme “Where Technology Meets Sustainability,” BEST 2026 promotes the integration of advanced technology with sustainable principles aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Participants showcase creative and practical innovations across engineering, science, and technology, while gaining valuable opportunities for learning, networking, and exposure to national and international academic and industry professionals.
The selection process consists of online registration, online selection, exhibitor announcement, and the exhibition day. The exhibition will be held alongside the 2nd International Conference on Smart Mechatronics (ICSMech 2026) in Bandung on June 9–10, 2026.

- GUIDELINES
– Teams must consist of 2–5 university students.
– Posters must be submitted in PDF format, prepared in A3 (portrait) and Y-Banner (60 × 160 cm) sizes.
– All posters must be written in English.
– Each poster must include at least one relevant Sustainable Development Goal (SDG).
– Participants are required to upload a prototype demonstration video as part of the submission.
– The poster layout and design are flexible for the initial submission.
