Thank you for considering submitting your work to ICSMech 2026. Below are the guidelines and instructions for submitting your paper. Please ensure that you adhere to these guidelines to facilitate the review process.
Submission Requirements:
- Paper Formatting:
- Papers must be formatted according to the IEEE template, which can be downloaded from https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
- Papers must be in PDF format.
- Minimum paper length is 4 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
- Authors can add max 2 extra page for an additional charge of 100 USD
- Language:
- Papers must be written in English (American spelling).
- Originality:
- Submissions must represent original work not previously published or under review elsewhere.
- Plagiarism:
- Plagiarism in any form is not tolerated and will lead to immediate rejection of the submission.
- The similarity score that is deemed acceptable must be under 25%.

- All authors must register on the EDAS submission system (https://edas.info/N34156) before submitting a paper.

Review Process:
- Submitted papers will under go a rigorous peer-review process by experts in the field
- Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to authors by the notification date specified below.
- Please be advised that we adopt IEEE no-show policy for non-presented paper (source: IEEE-Handling of Non-Presented Papers). IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEEXplore Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.
- Only papers that have been presented at the conference and corrected according to reviewer(s) suggestion will be considered to be included in the final proceedings for submission to the IEEE Xplore digital library (Scopus indexed), but there is no guarantee that the content will be published in Xplore® and indexed in Scopus.
