Paper Submission

Preparing Your Paper

We invite submissions on conference scopes/tracks but are not limited. Author should submit full technical papers in doc/docx format. Each paper will be double blind peer-reviewed by experts in the field for originality, contribution, and soundness. Authors of accepted paper must guarantee that at least one of the authors will attend the conference and present their paper.

>> All accepted full papers will be considered for publication in the IEEE Explore, and papers out of scope for IEEE will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore. All papers published in IEEE Explore are fully citable. Proceedings publication for non-IEEE member requires additional charge: USD 100*.

All editorial process and Manuscripts (full paper) submission are done entirely on EDAS platform.

It’s important to ensure that when you submit your paper, it is in its final form ready for publication, and has been thoroughly proofread.

Conference Policy

There is no guarantee that the content will be published in Xplore® and indexed in Scopus.

According to IEEE policy, each paper must be presented by one author of the paper. Therefore, if your paper is accepted, one of the authors is required to register and present their paper at the ICSEEA 2025 conference.

Important! Please take note that IEEE has a strict policy on no-show. Papers with no-show participants will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore. No refund of the paid fees may be claimed by the no-show author.

PARALLEL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Each parallel symposia will have a moderator and operator, with one or more committee members in attendance
Oral presentations for symposia have been allocated 10-15 minutes of effective time presentation for each presenter

Offline presenter(10 minutes presentation, 5 minutes discussion)
Online presenter (5-7 minutes presentation, 3-5 minutes discussion)

Based on allocated presentation time, the Power point presentation file should ideally contain maximum 10 slides or the video presentation no more than 7 minutes
One article can only be presented by a presenter, the other author can register as non-presenters who help in the discussion sessions.
All offline presenters are not allowed to use your own laptop for your presentation
All online presenters are strongly advised to submit the pre-recorded presentation video. The video will be used as a backup if the presenter cannot do the live presentation due to connection problems

SUBMITTING YOUR PRESENTATION FILE

All presenters are required to submit their presentation file at the submission link https://form.brin.go.id/s-f/icseea-2025-presentation-submission
The presentation file must be submitted no later than February 14, 2025
The presentation video must show the presentation slides and/or the face of presenter during the presentation. Please use the official ICSEEA 2025 virtual background.

Your presentation file should be in a format compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx or .ppt) or pdf or can be in .MPEG4 (.mp4) for format video
Format of file name to your presentation file: Article ID_Offline/Online_Name of presenter (example: ICSEEA_2025-0-001_Offline_Ananda)
The maximum size of Power Point file will be 5 MB, and the maximum size of video presentation will be 250 MB with high resolution (720p or 1080p)
All presentation must be in English
Notes for video presentation: Audio must be clear and background music is not allowed

Seminar Rules & Regulation

While attending the seminar, participants and invited guest are required to dress neatly and politely
