The Research Center for Environmental and Clean Technology, the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), is proud to announce the 8th International Symposium on Green Technology for Value Chains (GreenVC). This highly anticipated event is a recurring scientific forum held annually since 2016. The 8th International Symposium on Green Technology for Value Chains (GreenVC) will be held under the selected theme of “Emerging Environmentally Friendly Technologies: A Path Towards a Resilient Society”, which highlights the importance of research and innovation advancements in promoting sustainability and addressing environmental challenges.

We coordinately invite all members of the environmental and clean technology community to participate actively in the symposium by submitting their research work and findings in the topics of interest, including, but not limited to, the following:

This year, the 8th GreenVC 2025 will be held in Bandung, Indonesia on October 15 – 16, 2025.

1. Oral Presentation Only (Without Publication)
This category is intended for participants who wish to deliver an oral presentation at the conference. Abstracts will be reviewed for quality and relevance. Please submit your abstract via registration form below:

2. Poster Presentation (Without Publication)
This category is for participants who prefer to present their research in the form of a visual poster. It is suitable for works in progress, preliminary findings, or projects better suited to visual display. Posters will be displayed during dedicated sessions, and presenters are expected to be available for discussion. Please submit your abstract via registration form below:

3. Oral Presentation with Publication
Participants choosing this option will present their research orally and submit a full paper for publication in the conference proceedings or affiliated journals (subject to review and acceptance). This is ideal for those aiming to disseminate their work more formally and contribute to academic literature.

We accept full paper submission of new and exciting findings on the topics of this symposium. All papers will be peer reviewed prior to acceptance.

  • No, there is no early bird registration. A flat-rate registration applies to all participants.

4. Are there any discounts for BRIN members or other groups?

  • No. No discounts are provided for BRIN members or any other category. The registration fee is the same for all participants.

5. What is the format of the conference?

  • The conference will be held on-site with oral presentations, poster sessions, and keynote talks. No online presentations will be accepted. All presenters must attend in person.

6. What is the poster size requirement?

  • Poster presenters must prepare their posters in A0 size (841 mm × 1189 mm), portrait orientation.
