The 13th International Conference on Computer, Control, Informatics, and its Applications (IC3INA) 2026 is an annual international conference organized by the Research Center for Data and Information Sciences (Pusat Riset Sains Data dan Informasi – PR SDI) under the Organization for Electronics and Informatics Research, National Research and Innovation Agency (Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional – BRIN), Indonesia. As a conference that has been consistently held for more than a decade, IC3INA has established itself as a reputable international forum for scientific exchange and technological innovation.
IC3INA 2026 carries the theme
“Designing Agentic AI Systems for SDGs: Autonomous Agents, Multi-Agent Collaboration, and Real-World Applications”
The Conference will be conducted in a hybrid format, taking place onsite at Aruna Senggigi Resort & Convention, Senggigi, Lombok, Indonesia, on 3–5 September 2026, with online participation available for international audiences.
The conference aims to bring together researchers, academics, industry practitioners, and policymakers to present recent advances, share research findings, and exchange ideas related to computer science, control systems, informatics, and their real-world applications. The scope of IC3INA 2026 includes, but is not limited to, artificial intelligence and machine learning, multi-agent systems, big data analytics, control and automation, smart cities, digital government, and AI-driven solutions for sustainable development.
Continuing its strong academic tradition, IC3INA has consistently received support from the IEEE Indonesia Section, and the IC3INA 2026 proceedings are planned to be published in IEEE Xplore, ensuring global visibility and international indexing for accepted papers.

Step 1 – Registration
IEEE has a No-Show policy: one of the authors or their representatives MUST present the paper at the conference. If you’ve received an email confirming your paper’s acceptance and a separate email regarding conference registration fees, there’s an important action required.
Complete your registration payment for IC3INA 2026 by August 22, 2026.
Once you’ve made your payment, solidify your registration by submitting your payment receipt at this link: [Proof Payment IC3INA 2026]. Upon submitting the form, you’ll receive an email containing both your payment receipt and official Letter of Acceptance for your paper.
Step 2 – Final Manuscript Preparation:
Step 3 – IEEE Copyright Transfer
Accepted papers in 2026 IC3INA will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. In this case, IEEE will be the copyright holder of your paper. One copyright form is required for each accepted paper. To provide a transfer of copyright, please follow the instructions available in the IC3INA Author Kit.
Step 4 – IEEE PDF eXpress
Use IEEE PDF eXpress [Click Here] to generate the final PDF version of your manuscript. This tool ensures compliance with IEEE formatting standards. Papers that are not IEEE-compliant will not be included in the proceedings nor published. Please refer to the instructions provided in the IC3INA Author Kit for detailed guidance. Once you have completed this process, you should download the generated PDF of your final manuscript.
Step 5 – Final Manuscript & Presentation Submission
Your Camera-Ready manuscript should be uploaded before August 22, 2026 to EDAS and ic3ina@brin.go.id, while the presentation and recorded video can wait until August 29, 2026.
