              Guideline for Paper Submission

All papers must be submitted electronically through EDAS : https://edas.info/N33705. Please download the template with various format using the following links. Note that failing to confirm the standard format will result in rejection.

              1. All papers must be submitted electronically through EDAS Conference papers submission system (https://edas.info/N33705). All regular and invited papers must have 4 – 6 pages. Note that short manuscripts are not considered. All papers must be written in English and formatted following the IEEE Xplore standard (double-column format A4 size). Authors can add max 2 extra page for an additional charge of 100 USD. Our EDAS system will not permit longer papers to be uploaded.

              2. Authors must comply with the guidelines on the use and disclosure of content generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) specified in The IEEE PSPB Operations Manual:
                8.2.1.B.10:
The use of content generated by artificial intelligence (AI) in an article (including but not limited to text, figures, images, and code) shall be disclosed in the acknowledgments section of any article submitted to an IEEE publication. The AI system used shall be identified, and specific sections of the article that use AI-generated content shall be identified and accompanied by a brief explanation regarding the level at which the AI system was used to generate the content.

The use of AI systems for editing and grammar enhancement is common practice and, as such, is generally outside the intent of the above policy. In this case, disclosure as noted above is recommended.

                8.2.1.C.5:
Information or content contained in or about a manuscript under review shall not be processed through a public platform (directly or indirectly) for AI generation of text for a review. Doing so is considered a breach of confidentiality because AI systems generally learn from any input.

              3. For preprints of articles under review to TechRxiv, arXiv or other preprint servers, The IEEE PSPB Operations Manual contains the policies related to posting of preprints of articles submitted to IEEE publications.

Upon submission of an article to IEEE, an author is required to transfer copyright in the article to IEEE, and the author must update any previously posted version of the article with a prominently displayed IEEE copyright notice (as shown in 8.1.9.D). Upon publication of an article by the IEEE, the author must replace any previously posted electronic versions of the article with either (1) the full citation to the IEEE work with a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), or (2) the accepted version only with the DOI (not the IEEE-published version). IEEE shall make available to each author the preprint version of the article that the author can post and that includes the Digital Object Identifier (DOI), IEEE’s copyright notice, and a notice indicating the article has been accepted for publication by IEEE.

              4. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

              5. Please be advised that we adopt IEEE no-show policy for non-presented paper (source: IEEE-Handling of Non-Presented Papers). IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEEXplore Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.

              6. At least one of the authors listed on the paper must register for the 2025 ICRAMET to upload the final manuscript.

              7. Only papers that have been presented at the conference and corrected according to reviewer(s) suggestions will be considered to be included in the final proceedings for the submission to the IEEE Xplore digital library (Scopus indexed).
